Banana Bread by Natasha Kravchuk

Steps

  1. Preheat over to 350°F (175°C)

  2. Grease/butter bread loaf pan

  3. In a mixing bowl, cream room temperature butter with sugar

  4. Mash bananas with a fork and add to mixing bowl

  5. Add eggs to mixing bowl and mix until blended

  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt

  7. Incorporate dry mixture to batter

  8. Stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips

  9. Pour into prepped loaf pan

  10. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes (usually around 60 minutes).

  11. Remove from oven to cool, and serve.
