NaN cup Butter -
NaN cup Granulated Sugar -
NaN cup Packed Brown Sugar -
NaN Eggs -
NaN tsp Vanilla Extract -
NaN cup All-purpose flour -
NaN tsp Baking powder -
NaN tsp Baking soda -
NaN tsp Cinnamon -
NaN cup Quick-cooking oats -
NaN tsp Salt -
NaN tbsp Orange zest -
NaN cup Cranberries
Steps

In a bowl, cream butter with granulated sugar and packed brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.

In a second bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, quick-cooking oats and salt.

Add the combined mixture to the creamed mixture slowly while mixing.

Fold in orange zest and cranberries.

Chill dough for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Create 1 tbsp sized balls of dough and flatten on baking sheet (complete with silicone baking mat).

Bake for 11 minutes.
