Enchilada Casserole by Kayla Schimke

  • 1 8in ramekin

  • 1 Pan

  • 1 Wooden spoon

  • 1 Rubber spatula

  • 1 Grater

Ingredients
  • NaN can 15oz can of Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
  • NaN lb Ground turkey
  • NaN tbsp Dried onion
  • NaN can 2.25oz can of sliced olives
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • NaN oz Shredded cheese
  • NaN tortillas Corn tortillas

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper.

  3. Oil bottom of ramekin.

  4. Layer tortilla, meat, sauce, cheese and olives until dish is full.

  5. Top off with sauce and cheese.

  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbling.
