Ingredients
  • NaN cups All-purpose flour
  • NaN tsp Baking powder
  • NaN cup Sugar
  • NaN tsp Salt
  • NaN Eggs
  • NaN cups Milk
  • NaN tbsp Unsalted butter

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until evenly combined.

  3. Pour the milk/egg mixture and the melted butter into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

  4. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

  6. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.

  7. Repeat until out of batter.
