Steps

  1. Sauté the chopped bacon in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped red onion and sauté until translucent.

  3. Add the chopped green onion, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar to the bacon mixture.

  4. Slice the red cabbage into strips and place them in a large pot.

  5. Pour the bacon mixture into the pot with the red cabbage.

  6. Reduce the mixture over medium heat.

  7. Add more vinegar to taste.
