NaN oz Water chestnut -

Steps

Start Botan Rice.

In a medium bowl, combine seasoning packet and pineapple chunks.

Add white vinegar, water, and soy sauce.

Dice red bell pepper and chop carrots.

Cut chicken into bite-size chunks.

Preheat wok on medium with olive oil.

Stir-fry chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in red bell pepper and carrots.

Mix in seasoning mixture.

Add water chestnuts.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve over rice.
