  • 1 Pitcher

  • 1 Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  • NaN cups Water
  • NaN bags Black tea
  • NaN cup Granulated sugar
  • NaN Star anise
  • NaN Green cardamom pod
  • NaN Whole cloves
  • NaN cup Half and half or milk
  • NaN cup Ice cubes

Steps

  1. Add water to pot and bring to boil.

  2. Add tea bags, sugar, star anise, crushed cardamom pod, and cloves to pot.

  3. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

  4. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  5. Allow tea to steep and cool for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

  6. Transfer to pitcher for storage in refrigerator.

  7. Serve over ice with a splash of your favorite milky beverage.
